Ria O'Hagen
I am a British artist currently living in the Virgin Islands. My medium is acrylic paint on canvas, I enjoy ceramic sculpture and have recently joined a pottery workshop after a seven year ceramic break!
I studied Art & Design at Hertford Regional College, but did not attend university. My day job is scuba diving and I paint at every opportunity in my spare time.
I enjoy painting portraits, but have recently expanded my portfolio to include scenes from my local area and the wildlife encountered in the BVI. Much of my work is available for purchase and some of my work in the BVI has been made into reproduction prints. Hovering over the images will give you the dimensions of the work and it's location and status.
I recently participated in the Sketchbook Project by the Art House Co-Op and have just had a book published containing my artwork; Guide to Diving & Snorkelling in the British Virgin Islands, 2nd edition by Jeff Williams.
